Good value, room was new-fashioned, staff were absolutely kind. My room included central heating, pay television, and tea/coffee making equipment.

The location is central. And it's 12 miles from LaGuardia airport. The breakfast is hot and great, available with meats and fresh cooked egg and pancake machine.

Fairly clean venue and very friendly employees. Large and stocked hotel unit with 2 queen beds. Good hot breakfast at the front desk for all tastes. Nice place for a holiday, do recommend.

The rooms here are tidy and well-stocked with all standard facilities. The location is central, just next door to Holiday Inn Express Times Square, the Theater district, and grocery stores and laundries on ninth avenue.  

I stayed here 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast was hot with pancake machine, meats, fresh cooked egg, the staffing teams were patient and helpful.

The staff was just terrible.

Good hot and great breakfast at the front desk was available. The location turned out to be great, very close to Time's Square, landmarks and the center. The staff members were all pleasant and welcoming.

Enjoyed our time at the hotel, thanks a lot. Location was particularly good, and the place was fantastic base for a holiday. The breakfasts were always hot with pancake machine, fresh cooked egg, meats.  

I had a such great experience here, everything was good, the location was excellent near Manhattan, cafeteria and subway station and popular places. I really enjoyed spotlessly clean and well stocked rooms with all standard facilities, coffees and 2 queen 

The hotel's location was magnificent, near to the city centre, downtown and the river. We found nice Carlo's Bakery nearby with hot beverages.

The view was good, the breakfast was hot and great. The staff were pretty friendly and superfriendly at this place.

Good location, close to metro, Times Square, restaurants, and food stores. Fantastic breakfast with a good selection. Two available PCs in the lobby for printing.

The room was cozy and fine, good sleep in a comfy bed. We had cable programming, coffee/tea makers and a writing table in the room.
